As a producer, I’ve helped the show transition from a two-hour talk show to a daily, one-hour news show with more pre-produced storytelling that supplements live conversation. Some of my favorite pieces include this radio diary about one woman’s quest to get $11,000 in missing unemployment from the state of Florida; a show about police training; and a four-part education series that breaks down what we’re really talking about when we talk about the achievement gap — and how to fix it.
